This small collapsable structure was created by Gae Aulenti for the Musée d'Orsay in Paris and thereafter crafted by Bottega Ghianda since 1986. This supporting piece is made up of jagged strips of solid wood that can be adjusted to fit the tilt of the object resting upon it. The finish is in pear wood, but also walnut is available.
