Matteo di Ciommo

Tempietto Decorative Box N.13

Part of the poetic Scatole e Templi (Boxes and Temples) Collection, this superb object of functional decor can be used as a versatile container and stunning sculpture for a modern or rustic home. Its elegant silhouette, reminiscent of a house with steep roofs, is made entirely by hand using different-wood slats (mainly walnut and cherry), creating unique textures for both the bottom and triangular lids. This piece can be showcased on a bookcase, an entryway console, or study desk and can be combined with others in the same series for a striking effect. It is finished with straw-colored oil.
