Defined by a captivating graphic pattern evoking the clouds around the moon, this bar cabinet by designer Sakura Adachi is inspired by the Japanese festivals honoring the moon (Tsukimi in Japanese means moon-viewing). The rectangular frame of maple wood with black finish and yellow profiles, has a top with two doors accented by a black-and yellow striped pattern that intersects in the middle, like clouds overlapping in the night sky, to create a chessboard design where a drawer is hidden. The door units hide adjustable shelves for glasses while the central drawer is meant to hold the bottles.
