Watermelon Sideboard by Paola Navone

Watermelon Sideboard by Paola Navone - De Rosso

The Watermelon Sideboard by Paola Navone revisits a De Rosso archival piece with an ironic and playful flair. Sharing the same linear silhouette as the Meraviglia sideboard, the HLP laminate structure of this piece is just as its name indicates: four bright red, black-dotted doors framed in green with stripes in a darker hue, just like watermelon. This out-of-the-ordinary storage unit becomes an unexpected, cheerful, and decidedly Pop Art sculpture in a contemporary home. Push-pull opening and one internal shelf per each unit.
