Walnut and steel sideboard #2

Although iron forms the main structure of this sideboard, the focus is firmly on the beautiful solid wood.‎ The intense color of walnut in all its shades, the distinct grain, the irregular edges and the clearly-discernible knots are all imperfections that make every creation in wood unique.‎ The sideboard is made of two walnut panels separated by an iron insert, which seems to flow like a black river between banks eroded by its incessant course.‎
