Zerounodiuno

Founded by artisan Roger Nicotera in the medieval Umbrian village of Gualdo Cattaneo, zerounodiuno creates one-of-a-kind handmade ceramics defined by sculptural forms and raw materiality. Trained in Deruta under a master ceramist, Nicotera shapes each piece using the ancient coil-building technique, embracing organic asymmetry and the natural chromatic nuances of clay. Free from traditional glazes, the surfaces are polished with agate stone or shellac and enriched with gold leaf details, giving the ceramics a warm, tactile elegance rooted in Italian craftsmanship and contemporary artistic research.
