A contemporary furniture and design brand, MEDULUM was founded in 2017 in Meolo, in the Venetian hinterland. At the heart of the company lies the inspired vision of founder Diego Zanchettin: transforming his family’s manufacturing heritage and artisanal expertise into a new and distinctly contemporary design language.

The Venetian lagoon is a profound source of inspiration for the brand and its creations. MEDULUM is, in fact, the Latin name of the waterway once traveled by Venetian nobles on their way from Venice to their summer residences. From these evocative atmospheres — the interplay of colors and reflections between the brightness of the sky and the flowing waters, together with the architectures naturally embedded within the landscape — the brand’s furniture collections take shape and identity.
