V.L. Lavorazioni in ferro was founded in 2001 with the aim of combining traditional Italian craftsmanship with technological innovation in metalworking. Founded in an area rich in craftsmen specialised in ironworking, the company stands out for the high quality of its products, thanks to a careful selection of materials and the use of state-of-the-art techniques.
Under the leadership of Alessandro Lucarini and Federico Santini, in operation since 2005, V.L. has consolidated its reputation in the production of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium artefacts, worked with handcrafted precision. The company employs advanced techniques such as professional welding, cold metal bending using presses, and hot moulding. The flagship of the production process is numerically controlled high-definition plasma cutting, which guarantees an accuracy of ±0.05 mm.
In addition to metalworking, V.L. collaborates with specialised companies for the finishing of complementary materials such as marble, wood and glass, thus expanding the possibilities for customisation. The company produces furnishing accessories for residential and contract environments, with refined aesthetics and a focus on durability and lightness of form.
