Italian architect Giovanna Sposato worked as a restorator for 15 years, mastering the ancient gilding technique of gold leaf. She launched the "Signora Luna" design project blending ancient craftsmanship with innovative design concepts. Sposato's handmade objects are decorated using the millenary gold-leaf gilding method using local materials and skilled craftspeople. Reflecting a seamless fusion of past and present, her work aims to stimulate collective awareness of our heritage while creating singular pieces that speak to our creative psyche.

Founded in 2013, Michelangelo Style is a Carrara-based workshop that merges craftsmanship and engineering to celebrate marble and natural stone. Founders Gianni and Stefano, a lifelong craftsman and quality-control engineer respectively, collaborate with artisans all over the world to enrich their collections and approaches to molding marble. Like Michelangelo released the soul of marble, so to do they by crafting pieces that speak to the essence of tradition, material, and modern design. Meticulous material selection, workmanship, and packaging are their trademark qualities.

Porcellane Nuova Triade began crafting porcelain in 1959 as “PBB”, later becoming “Triade” to symbolize its founders and elemental inspiration: Earth, Water, and Fire. Specialized in white porcelain, they introduced delicate hand-painted motifs in soft pastels. In 1997, the company passed to the founders' children, Sergio and Laura, who launched the ICIO LEVANTE brand in 2016. Their elegant porcelain pieces, crafted with premium materials and natural-based pigments, are ideal for dining and home decor, showcasing graceful designs and durability emblematic of Italian excellence.

Based in Mantua, Italy, Giuseppe Gradella is a professional photographer who explores the fleeting impressions of memory and dreams through his photos. He believes that every image is frozen between layers, waiting to be freed or find a way out. Whether portraits, fashion, or fine art projects, Gradella’s photographs straddle what is opposite and what has held back so far. Like a thunderstorm after months of drought, he likens photography to a state of apnea, lurking under the surface until breath allows him to resurface and capture his surroundings from a perspective.

Founder Andrea's journey took an unexpected turn while running his fashion boutique. Winetage was born during an eno-tourist visit to an iconic wine cellar upon discovering that the barrels, essential for aging wine and made from the noblest and finest oak, are normally disposed of and burned after only 5-6 years. Inspired by Michelangelo's vision, Winetage reinterpreted wine-aged oak into modern furniture, revealing wine aging's alchemy. Each Winetage creation starts from respect and reevaluation of the material, the oak stave, in its 2 essential components: the curvature and the coloring imprinted by the wine during aging. Thus, the integration of elements such as marble, metals, and high-tech Green biological materials also plays a key role.

For forty years, Jaipur Rugs has led with exclusive handmade area rugs from Indian artisans. Guided by Nand Kishore Chaudhary's principles, they prioritize top-tier design and craftsmanship. Expanding to include artisans and global designers like Gauri Khan, Shantanu Garg, and Artemis, they create rugs blending India's heritage with contemporary style, showcasing Jaipur Rugs' commitment to quality and innovation.

Named after the Italian meaning “the first light of dawn”, alluding to new beginnings, Albore specializes in digital manufacturing and innovative craftsmanship. The brainchild of designers Jacopo Mandarino and Mirko Maletta, its production reveals an authentic commitment to sustainability by using materials made of PLA - 100% organic bioplastic obtained from natural-origin sugars - using the Fused Deposition Modeling special 3D-printing technology. A careful manual refining process and a clever interlocking assembly ensure each piece is unique and glue-free.

Born in Salerno on May 26, 1977, Onofrio Acone embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in design and furniture in 1997. His early years in his parents' ceramic workshop ignited a profound passion for creativity. Despite its transformation into an industrial enterprise, Onofrio remained committed to crafting sculptures, vases, and paintings by hand, employing rudimentary techniques that resonate with raw emotion. In 2022, his long-held dream materialized with the opening of a gallery, where each piece reflects a unique idea realized through his skilled hands, often using simple tools and natural elements: pieces of wood to forge the various types of clay used, cloth with which to imprint textures, pieces of metal to cut with imperfect precision the sheets of matter before finally shaping them with the hands.

Giulia Fauro Alessi (1989) lives between Milan and the Veneto region. Her academic training in the visual arts is combined with her work in textiles and exhibition design. In her idea of art, each work is handmade by her, with reused textiles, the result of meticulous research, which comes mostly from warehouse funds and antique markets, thus ennobling the waste and giving new life to the material. In each work, the artist investigates the theme of the essence of colors and the spiritual forces that are hidden in the color combinations. Each tapestry is characterized by marked material contrasts, translated into games of proportions and in inexact and primitive geometries.

Characterized by an engaging storytelling and multidisciplinary approach, Federica Paglia is an Italian designer who works between Rome and Milan. She graduated in Systemic Design and collaborated with important design studios before opening her own atelier in Rome. Exploring the connections between art, decoration, and design, she seamlessly combines various disciplines and materials in her stunning and unique pieces, each meticulously handcrafted with unparalleled expertise.

Giusto Pilan is an award-winning artist born and based in Vicenza. His artistic research focuses on recovering lost memory, originating with the dawn of mankind and the first rock graffiti. By working on paper with a mixed technique of marble powder, wax, and pigments, he creates anthropomorphic forms by pressuring iron templates; the resulting paintings are balanced between sign and form, unique in their essence and aesthetic. His works have been exhibited in major galleries and public institutions in Italy and around the world, and are now available on Artemest.

Born in Taranto in 1994, Alessio Pellicoro’s journey into photography began in 2016 when he stumbled upon some of his father’s disused cameras. He’s dedicated himself to the craft ever since, studying Photography and Visual Arts at the European Institute of Design in Rome (2019) and completing a master’s degree in Cultural Heritage Conservation and Editorial Design in Photography at the Higher Institute for Artistic Industries of Urbino. His works have been published in various magazines worldwide and in 2020 he published his first photographic book, “Abisso”.

Gabriele Rossi is an Italian photographer specializing in architecture and landscape photography, capturing the dynamic changes that occur in both urban and natural environments due to human activity. He has been conducting a multilayered project for over 13 years, mainly focusing on his hometown of Latina; he’s also traveled extensively to the United States, India, the Middle East, and other places throughout Italy for research. He has participated in various international projects, awards, and exhibitions.

Founded in 1963 by Franco Schiavon as a tribute to his father, Alfio, the namesake gallery and workshop is now one of the most prestigious on the island of Murano. Merging traditional and innovative practices, the Franco Schiavon Gallery has since then welcomed several artists from the national and international scene to design, produce, and exhibit their works, such as Japanese Tsuchida Yasuhiko, who combines the philosophy of his homeland with the traditions of Murano, and Margherita Barbini, a former art teacher from a well-known glassmaking family.
