The Tajine Pot by Rodolfo Dordoni

The innovative Tajine pot was created from the design of Rodolfo Dordoni. Unlike the traditional ceramic tajine pots, the KnIndustrie version is made of non-stick aluminum, an ideal material for cooking slowly at low temperatures, with the typical flow of steam. The pot is made up of two parts, a cone-shaped lid and the container to hold the dish to be cooked.\n
