A clever and conscious artisan process led to the handcrafting of this decorative marquetry panel, whose backdrop structure is obtained from the bottom of a drawer retrieved from an ancient French writing desk. Copper profiles of birds flank a bright sun, which stands above an embossed marquetry motif of houses interrupted by a smokestack and a tree.
