Apem Polychrome Murano Glass Bottle by Gio Ponti

Part of the Pezzente Collection, this singular Murano glass bottle was designed by Gio Ponti for the first postwar Triennale Exhibition in 1947. Hot-applied colorful cloth-like elements enliven the otherwise crystal-clear silhouette, sealed at the top by an apple-green spherical lid.
