Eukles Fossil Oak Dining Table

Carbon C14 dating certificate age 745-401 b. C.
The C14 carbon test dates back the wood of this table to 745-401 b.C. This date is engraved on a small 
element inserted in the tabletop and also a certificate will accompain the table Only this table has been 
obtained from the trunk, and this makes this piece to be the only one.
The color of wood has been beautifully modified by the passage of time. The sides of the two boards retain 
the original shape of the trunk highlighting the millennia of natural aging. The two parts are joined by inserts 
in statuary Carrara marble. The finish is with water-based wax oil that do not alter the original color.
