Lina Scarlet, Terracotta and Copper Tones Rug by Nina Litchfield

Inspired by Italian-Brazilian architect Lina Bo Bardi’s philosophy, this rug designed by Nina Litchfield blends modernist principles with vernacular traditions. It features a neutral base framed by rich scarlet and terracotta tones, accented with copper highlights that outline a graphic check pattern. Designed for accessibility and simplicity, the rug includes a non-slip under-layer for secure placement and it is customizable in other colors upon request, please contact the Concierge. Each rug is handwoven to order on a manual loom, combining fique (Furcraea andina) — a natural fibre from the Colombian highlands — with threads of copper. Slight variations in colour and texture are inherent to the process and make every piece one of a kind.
