Matua Salad Bowl by Giulio Iacchetti

Ideal to be paired with the Kurili set of salad servers, this ceramic salad bowl pays homage to the potential of creating by subtracting. The two notches interrupting the circularity of the bowl's upper rim and footed base both serve functions identifying this bowl as a thoughtful design project. The former is designed to keep the salad servers in place, the latter to prevent water stagnation during the wash cycle in the dishwasher. The design can also be used as catchall or centerpiece.
