Crafted from Rosa Peralba, a durable and compact marble an old quarry that was disused in the 1990s and located on Mount Peralba, in the mountain region of the Carnic Alps on the border between the Italian regions of Veneto and Trentino-Alto Adige. Mostro VIII showcases not only the beauty of the material but also its robust nature. The vase features transparent glass elements made using traditional glassblowing techniques, adding a contemporary contrast to the marble’s rich texture.
