Pioner Light Blue Vase by Angelino Artworks & Gianfranco Coltella

Pioner is a small-scale creative object that holds significant temporal value: a vintage soul with a contemporary spirit. It is the result of a collaboration between designer Gianfranco Coltella—a student of Munari, Garau, and Marcolli—and Angelino Artworks Srl, known for its partnerships with world-renowned artists. The Pioner vase is made from a composite material of silica sand and marine-grade resin, 3D printed and then post-cured at 70°C for over 15 hours, followed by slow cooling to achieve a ceramic-like hardness. It is finished with multiple layers of acrylic and solvent-based paint and includes a glass insert. The color, personally selected by Coltella, makes each piece a one-of-a-kind artwork.
