Tempo Sospeso Sculpture

Resting on a square PVC base, five ceramic elements connect and converse in an extraordinary game of shapes, lights, and shadows. Named after the Italian words for "Time suspended", it refers to the recent lockdown period, a moment of closure yet a period of reflection. Painted in a delicate pink shade, the surface of each piece is extraordinarily enhanced with scratches and grooves.
