Can I customize or special order a sofa to fit my specific needs?

Yes – we offer extensive customization options to make sure your sofa is perfect for your space and style. In fact, most of our luxury furniture pieces are made-to-order for each customer. You can often choose the size (or even request custom dimensions), select your preferred upholstery material (such as a different fabric color or type of leather), and sometimes alter design details like leg finishes or cushion fill. Many of our sofas are listed as “Customizable”, meaning they are available in custom sizes or configurations to suit your needs. Simply use the “Request Customization” option on the product page or contact our design concierge, and we will guide you through creating a personalized sofa. Our client-centric approach ensures you get a piece that is uniquely yours, while still maintaining the superb craftsmanship and quality we are known for.

What delivery options do you offer? Is white-glove service available?

We provide worldwide shipping for our luxury furniture, with delivery options designed for safety and convenience. All orders are shipped from Italy directly from our artisans’ workshops, and we partner with trusted carriers to ensure your sofa arrives in perfect condition. We are fully responsible to have your product shipped in pristine condition to you.


For delivery, we offer two main levels of service:

• Standard Delivery (Curbside): Our standard method is curbside delivery to your address. The carrier will bring the crated or boxed sofa to the outside of your home or building. Please note: curbside deliveries are not scheduled appointments; the carrier will typically attempt delivery during business hours and will leave the package by your doorstep/garage. This option is ideal if you have building staff or helpers to bring the piece inside. Delivery is usually fast and efficient, but does not include unpacking.

• White-Glove Delivery: For a truly seamless experience, we offer White-Glove Delivery service (by request and for an added fee). With white-glove service, our shipping partners will schedule a delivery appointment at a convenient time, bring the sofa into your room of choice, unpack it carefully, perform an inspection, assemble any pieces as needed, and remove all packaging debris. Essentially, we handle all the heavy lifting – you simply tell us where you want your new sofa. This is an excellent option for large or heavy sofas, or for anyone who wants the ultimate hassle-free delivery. White-glove teams are trained to handle fine furniture, so you can trust that your home (and new sofa) will be treated with respect.

In both cases, we use specialized packaging. For especially fragile or oversized luxury sofas, we build a custom wooden crate for protection during international transit. We also coordinate all import/export paperwork and customs clearance when shipping abroad, so the process is smooth for you.
