It was 2015 when GioBagnara, a famous interior design company for yachts and jets, acquired Rudi Rabitti, historic brand producing leather accessories for the home. Since 2017, Giobagnara has created Rabitti 1969 and RUDI, two brands that stand out, respectively, for the manufacturing of products in real leather and recycled leather. From 2019, with the creative direction of Simone Fanciullacci, Italian designer, the company follows a more decorative approach and one that is more attentive to the raising of ecological awareness.

Venice Factory

Architect and illustrator Consuelo Coti graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and continued her studies at the Faculdade de Coimbra in Portugal under the mentorship of renowned urban architect Alvaro Siza. She subsequently moved to Paris to work in interior design for Japanese architect Shigeru Ban, one of the 21st-century innovators in architecture and design. In 2016, she founded ConsueloCIllustrations, a Milan-based interior design firm specialized in home decor objects created with a mix of artisan and digital illustration techniques.
