Part of the many different knives that Saladini makes, using their experience in crafting cutting tools, this piece is a spreader that will be particularly good for soft cheeses, spreads, and other mousses. Its small steel blade is round and not sharp, to facilitate its action, while the long handle in olive wood, while following the gentle curve of the back of the knife, adds also a touch of warm color and can be brought to the table as piece of functional home decor.
