Copper Induction Pot

A must have in a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen, this induction pot is specifically designed to cook polenta, a specialty often used as a substitute for bread and pasta in the traditional Northern Italian kitchen. Made of copper with a classic hammered finish, its deep shape (4.6 lt capacity) and rolled sides encourage frequent stirring to keep the polenta's moist and well cooked. A loop handle made of copper-plated iron is added to the sides with 5 mm rivets. Products may have imperfections given by craftsmanship.
