Incivile Pen Drawing on Paper

Drawn for the 2022 "Coral Corviale" artistic residence program on the outskirts of Rome, this singular pen-on-wrapping paper drawing celebrates the resilience of animals. Depicting a horned ram accompanied by a red-letter stamp with the Italian word for "uncivilized", the piece is a clever twist and social commentary on Rome's deteriorating public housing and its inhabitants, built on an ancient temple to Mother Earth.
