Designer Carlo Sanna drew inspiration from the Sardinian nuragic archeological site of Barumini Su Nuraxi for the design of this rug. Carefully handwoven following the ancient "pipiones" technique - the Sardinian word for grapes - the motif replicating a birds-eye view of the site by using beige stitching on a background in a warm hazelnut hue.
