Part of the Ombra Collection of anthropomorphic sculptures, this evocative piece is inspired by a verse from the poetess Alda Merini about grasping the sound of shadow ("ombra" in Italian). With its slight, barely hinted silhouette, this unique objet d'art is handcrafted in colored paste stoneware and kiln-fired at 1250° C, creating a durable, textured finish recalling stone. May be displayed as a single decorative piece, or together with other pieces from the same series.
