Set of 2 Prima Luce Candles - Main view

This candle is poured by hand in a white glass container with a glossy white finish printed with the Festina Lente Home logo in black, inspired by the symbols of the crab and the butterfly first appeared on gold coins minted for emperor Augustus in ancient Rome. The capacity of 220 gr (7.7 oz) makes for a total burning time of 45-50 hours. The candle comes in a container with a metal pressure lid. The wax is 100% pure soy wax with no GMO. All the fragrances are vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free. The wick is in cotton and paper. The fragrance Prima Luce (which means Dawn in Latin) is inspired by Marta's childhood vacations on the Amalfi coast, among sunny pine forests and blood oranges. On a base of cedar wood and pine, the notes of aromatic herbs and citrus are reminiscent of summer afternoons. Under the shade of Italian stone pines, you return home after a day at the beach, peeling an orange and eating it, while the shade of the trees fills up with the songs of cicadas. Olfactory pyramid: Head: orange peel, bergamot; Heart: orange blossom, thyme; Base: cedar wood, stone pine needles.

Fabric is the encounter of emotion and creativity

THE HOUSE OF LYRIA

Bruni is aesthetically guided by wabi-sabi, the Japanese philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection. Wabi-sabi is the appreciation of the transience of the natural world and the melancholy attraction to the impermanence of things. It treasures the simple and the rustic. It values deterioration as a physical manifestation of the passage of time, a reminder that we are all transitory on this planet and we must accept the natural cycle of growth, death and decay.

The House of Lyria Lyria seeks to find ambition and harmony in what is simple and imperfect, to make it look natural. The organic curves of a stone. The peeling surface of a stone wall. The elegance of a once-opulent, now-crumbling chair exposed for a long time to the elements. Our textiles are imbued with an unstudied quality, with genuine character and a soulful touch of the human hand. “I want to give the impression that the fabric has lived,” says Bruni.
