A tufted woollen rug which is part of the 'Gandhi in Colour' collection of rugs inspired by photographic footage of the Gandhi Salt March of 1930. This rug is inspired by monochrome images of figures against a white ground which created abstract patterns. The designer immediately thought they could become textile designs. The patterns have been reimagined in bright, pure Indian colours. Rug designed by Nuala Goodman. Please, ask the Concierge for further information.
