For the exterior design of the tower, Rafael Viñoly took an architectural and structural approach, highlighted by an exposed concrete column that runs throughout the height of the building and a unique glass facade with rounded corners offering expansive panoramic views.

The penthouse’s interiors draw inspiration from the tower’s curved architectural form and views of the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center, and the NYC Skyline. The living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, offers breathtaking vistas framed by a sculptural sofa in soft white, evoking a sense of being among the clouds. Complementary pieces, such as a glossy bird's-eye maple sideboard and a Canaletto wood bookcase, add texture and depth to the modern aesthetic.
