Coffee Table on Wheels by Gae Aulenti

When she was artistic director of FontanaArte, Gae Aulenti was inspired by the industrial cart used to transport glass panels to workshops. The unconventional design of this coffee table came to be by combining a 15mm-thick glass top supported by four short wheels with a metal frame finished in black.
