Jade Vase

The vivid green of jade that gives this splendid vase its name is visible in the bottom decoration with its complex pattern of abstract curves enhanced by dark green and red hues. The top is strikingly coated with gold leaf that comes up to the mouth of the piece and descends into its interior. The glossy finish of the top is accented with white, blue, and orange spike-like decorations that create a dynamic contrast.
