This place was the house of the artist Hélène Bauret, who spent long parts of her life there, away from the loud confusion of art milieus. Her husband was focused on music, writing, and photography. After he passed away it was difficult for Hélène to go on. He introduced her to a whole way of living and encouraged her to mature into a true artist. Her isolation was excessive at times but helped her develop an inner world through painting. Since the day of her passing the house has been preserved. The frame is included.
