In the old tow surrounded by ancient walls, the rivers Sile and Cagnan slip between the streets giving them a unique charm.
Verona - Among the many art cities of the Venetian territory, Verona is clearly the most romantic. The city of love shows all of it wanders through the streets of the historical center and along the banks of the Adige River. Famous for the majestic Arena, in the very central Piazza Bra, the city owes its reputation to William Shakespeare’s tragedy, Romeo and Juliet.
Cortina and the Dolomites - A perfect destination for the mountain lovers, Cortina d’Ampezzo is called “The Queen of Dolomites”. Surrounded by the spectacular scenarios of the mountains this is a city of art, traditions and culture. The town represents one of the ski capitals on a world level and in the center of Cortina, its two souls – sophistication and tradition – meet.
Glass from Murano - Walking through the streets of Murano is a unique experience: scattered through its streets the best Murano glass masters carry forward ancient techniques and complex processes. To name a few, here you can find Micheluzzi Glass and Fornace Mian, where the glass is mouth-blown to create real artworks, or Ongaro & Fuga, skillful artisans that design and create precious authentic Venetian mirrors. Venetian chandeliers are objects with a magical charm and in Murano the artisans of Luci Italia work the glass using techniques that date back to the 14th century.
Ceramics from Nove and Bassano - The two small towns are home to an ancient ceramic tradition that is carried forward from generation to generation. Bottega Nove and Tuttoattaccato handwork this material using old techniques with a touch of contemporary design.
Marbles from Valpolicella - The Valpolicella is not only wine; artisan crafts with stone and marble have always flourished here as well. The excavation of Rosso Verona marble is one of the most important activities in the hills of Sant’Ambrogio; artisan crafts and artistic sculpturing in this area flourishes, where fireplaces, statues, fountains and decorations for homes and villas are produced. Today, Manuel Coltri works this material with mastery togive life to unique artworks.
