Sartorialitica was founded to merge two core ambitions into a single production vision: on one hand, to explore the genetic process and the expressive potential of lava stone; on the other, to preserve the culture of craftsmanship through experimentation and the cross-pollination of different manufacturing traditions.

Established in 2024, the brand’s origins already reflect its structure and working philosophy. The encounter between a company specialized in marble and ceramic processing and two designers from entirely different backgrounds gave rise to a research-driven project dedicated to developing experimental techniques aimed at pushing volcanic stone to its limits. Lava stone immediately became the project’s material of choice, both for its renewability and for the extraordinary versatility it offers when approached with dedication and technical expertise.

Collaboration with constantly evolving designers serves as both inspiration and catalyst for the creative process. Each designer is invited to challenge existing production, functional, and design boundaries. Once translated into unique objects through the expertise of highly specialized artisans and manufacturers, these projects become prototypes that demonstrate the endless possibilities of the experimental techniques developed by the brand.

Today, Sartorialitica designs, tests, and produces bespoke processes that hybridize lava stone with other materials, offering fully customized architectural and interior solutions tailored to each client. While embracing the thoughtful and meticulous approach of a boutique atelier, the brand remains fully capable of managing projects and supplies on a larger scale.
