Part of a triptych inspired by the "A Boccaperta" tale about San Giuseppe from Cupertino, this stunning mosaic artfully combines ceramic, plaster, and glass to capture a moment of ecstacy through a surrealist lens. A rose peeks out from his mouth as a symbol of angels' language, while the triumph of glass tiles in the background stands for the fragments of a dome he is said to have broken during one of its levitation episodes.
