Maioliche Tassi

Tassi Maioliche Artistiche was founded in 2000 thanks to the intuition and experience of master ceramist Luigi Tassi, who decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey after years of collaboration in the craft sector. Alongside him, his daughter Valeria, a graduate of the Art Institute of Deruta, immediately brought an innovative and experimental spirit that would mark the brand's identity. Raised among brushes and colors, with an innate passion for ceramics, Valeria has been able to combine the classicism of the Deruta tradition with a fresh and contemporary language.

The link with Deruta, the cradle of artistic majolica and the center of a centuries-old tradition, is a pillar of the company. Here, every workshop preserves the heritage of the ancient Renaissance kilns, passing on the techniques and secrets that have made the city famous throughout the world. In this context, Tassi's production stands out for the elegance of its decorations, the careful choice of shades, and the continuous search for innovative shapes, which transform each piece into a unique work of art.

Emblematic of this journey is the Raphael collection, inspired by Renaissance grotesques, rediscovered in the 15th century and reinterpreted by great masters such as Pinturicchio and Raphael. Raphael is no longer mere decoration but takes shape in vases with symbolic and transgressive features, evoking mythological figures and archetypes of the unconscious. It is a collection that blends myth, history, and contemporary art, offering a powerful and original visual language.
