Pottery Roma is a Rome-based ceramic studio where artisans Walter Cipriani and Carolina d’Ayala Valva create distinctive works that bridge ancient tradition and contemporary research. Drawing on over thirty years of experience, Walter shapes unique ceramic vessels inspired by ancient Roman marbles and Etruscan pottery, recreating marble-like effects within the clay itself. Carolina enriches each piece with refined grotesque decorations rooted in historic techniques.
