Felder Alpin: the Elegance of Tradition

The farmhouse, an architectural specimen of a typical local farm, retains parts of the main house dating back more than 500 years and features a rare thatched roof over the barn, one of only five remaining in South Tyrol. In 2021, the main house was restored and converted into an accommodation facility, with an upper floor housing a large entrance hall, bedroom, and living room with kitchen characterized by a barrel vault. In the attic, an additional living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom were created. Warehouses on the ground floor, initially accessible only from the outside, have been converted into a wellness area with a relaxation room, bath and sauna.

The design and selection of furniture, fabrics, accessories, and lighting sources were carried out with the utmost attention to detail and with the goal of creating a harmonious design concept.
The main objective of the design and execution was to achieve contemporary living quality and comfort while preserving the building's historic materials. The result of these design and execution measures resulted in luxurious interiors whose unmistakable Alpine atmosphere is provided by a sophisticated color and material concept that unifies and harmonizes old and new, tradition and modernity.

The Felder Alpin Lodge is a luxury lodge that offers not only a stunning alpine location for a stay but also culinary experiences and outdoor adventures with a private mountain guide, professional chef and personal concierge.
The 180-square-meter lodge has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a traditional South Tyrolean stube with rustic stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a unique rock wine cellar, a library with a selection of international books, a Finnish smoked oak sauna, and a relaxation room with hay bed and wellness shower, garage, ski storage, boot dryer, laundry room and a private heliport.
