Our technical department analyzes the provided information and assesses the feasibility of the project, the available technologies, and the required materials. Once the idea is approved, we move on to developing the 3D model, which is crucial for visualizing the design and making any adjustments. Next, we proceed with the engineering phase, which includes weight calculations and the use of structural analysis techniques to ensure that the product is safe and functional. After the calculations are completed and the technical specifications are defined, a detailed quote is prepared, outlining the final cost and production timeline. Once the quote is approved, the production phase begins with the selected materials, which are processed according to the defined specifications.
