The superb sculptural quality of this ceramic vase, combined with its stunning use of precious finishes, makes it a work of art to showcase anywhere at home. The sinuous curves of the base are highlighted by a rich, forest-green color that splendidly complements the hand-painted pure gold that marks the exquisite ring-shaped texture of the elongated neck and flared mouth. Showcased as a standalone piece or filled with flower, this superb object will make a statement in both classic and contemporary interiors.

Sambuco
Umbria, Italy | Ceramist
Mario Sambuco established his eponymous brand at the end of the 1950s, following the footsteps of his father Luigi who has a deep knowledge of Deruta-style ceramics. Since the ‘80s, Mario’s sons Lucio and Luca took up the family business, creating new designs thanks to constant research and experimenting with precious finishes such as gold, silver, and platinum. Sambuco keeps alive traditional techniques by rigorously maintaining handcraftsmanship at the core of production, receiving the prestigious Primo Concorso tra Ceramisti in Deruta prize in 1991.Discover more
