The vases and pin trays in the Impronta ceramics collection grew out of the creative talent of Ico and Luisa Parisi. Conceived in the 1960s by the designer and his wife as a sophisticated series of home accessories, the pop-art influence is clear. Cassina re-edits a cylindrical vase with an opening in the shape of a mouth, a single-stem vase characterized by a hollow contour in the shape of a hand, and a pin tray that reproduces the cast of an open hand, poised to receive small everyday items.
