The company remains under Tanzi’s leadership, as well as his two children, Gianluca and Sabrina, who work in partnership with retailers, interior design studios, and contract companies to produce superior upholstered furniture for residential and commercial spaces.

Founded by Giorgio La Corte and Carlo Rodriguez in 2014, Forma & Cemento is a luxury décor brand renowned for its distinctive transformation of materials to reveal a light and minimalist style. Forma&Cemento designs furnishings for both indoor and outdoor spaces, with a mission to render unconventional materials into prized works of functional décor. Monica Freitas Geronimi graduated in Architecture in Rio de Janeiro and in Architecture with an orientation towards Product Design in Politecnico di Milano and now works between Milan, with her brand MG12, and Brazil as the art director of the company Punto. With MG12, Geromini creates innovative pieces for design lovers, crafted by expert artisans who work with natural and eco-friendly materials. Highly customizable, her objects are designed to respond to the needs of private clients, along with hotels and spas.
