Designed in 1951 by Lina Bo Bardi, the Bardi’s Bowl Chair is considered a modern design icon. Conceived with an essential frame and universal shape - a semi-spherical seat resting lightly on a metallic ring structure supported by four legs. It is produced in a limited edition of 500. The fabric of the shell recalls the typical spirit of the Fifties and evokes the decorative patterns of the acquarelli-projects with which she loved to explore the expressive capabilities of the Bowl Chair.
