As the name suggests, Conti di San Bonifacio, was born from the love of Count Manfredo and his wife the Countees Sarah who bought what used to be an old farm and transformed it into a luxurious estate.

Luxurious but informal at once, Conti di San Bonifacio counts seven rooms. The estate has been designed and built by local craftsmen following the traditional Tuscan style - chestnut beams, terracotta ﬂoors, white cow skins strewn, linens and beautiful objects here and there. No two rooms are alike but all units embrace the design philosophy of Countees Sarah: ultimate comfort and a warm and relaxing atmosphere. All rooms have incredible views on the surrounding hills covered in woods, vineyards and olive groves and all have either a terrace or a patio where to enjoy these last in the best of ways.

Bee keeping, cheese making, distillation, butchering and wine making are just a few of the activities that Conti di San Bonifacio offer travelers for them to immerge themselves into Tuscan ancient traditions. In this beautiful estate, you will also enjoy Tuscan cooking at its ﬁnest - ingredients are sourced locally from nearby farms and herbs, olive oil and wine are produced in the estate vineyards and olive groves that cover 125 hectares.
