Expansion Painting in Black and White

This painting is part of the artist's L'Acqua Brucia (Burnt Water) project. It depicts a sea anemone viewed from above. Resin, sand and adhesives are worked by spatula and hand to create a three-dimensional surface, which is then covered with black and white acrylic paint, creating movement and expansion.
