Fighters Plaster Sculpture

Exquisite small-scale reproduction of a famous Roman sculpture of Greek origin, once in the Medici collection and nowadays exhibited at the Uffizi Museums in Florence. The detail rendered here in plaster by the skilled sculptors of Florentine Galleria Romanelli depicts the truncated bodies of two fighters. The original cast is clearly visible on purpose, because stressing the creative process and the properties of plaster.
