Moses Sculpture

This alabaster work recreates one of the most famous statues of Renaissance Italy, Michelangelo's Moses. The bearded prophet is seated with his head facing left. His right foot is resting squarely on the ground, while the left one is dynamically placed slightly back. The statue expresses the solemn majesty of this famous biblical character.
