Lineasette

Ceramist - Veneto, Italy

Giuseppe Bucco and Flavio Cavalli founded Lineasette in 1977 to focus their research into innovative ceramic technologies and contemporary design. Their pure and essential creations are produced exclusively with artisanal methods. Porcelain is their material of choice, worked by hand using an engobe coating to provide greater depth to the decorated surface, and subsequently fired at high temperatures (1200° C). The headquarters and showroom are located in Marostica (near Vicenza) in a building designed by architect Aldo Loss, while the factory is the nearby town of Nove.

Designers and Master Craftsmen, we are one big family! We have been creating porcelain stoneware works since 1977, curating essential design that gives the uniqueness of Italian craftsmanship.

Our workshop was born in Marostica, in the Land of Venetian Ceramics, where fince since the 1700s the ancient art that enhances the resources of the territory has been practiced. Here we preserve with care and passion centuries-old traditions, reinterpreting them in innovative and contemporary forms. From conception to realization, we follow every stage of the creative process with attention to quality.

We create works of value and elegance using a noble ceramic material, porcelain stoneware. Fired at 1200°C, stoneware becomes durable, waterproof and suitable for outdoor environments. The opaque and monochrome coating gives originality and recognizability to each Lineasette creation.

Aware of the importance of respecting the environment in which we live, we are committed to combining artistic beauty with

environmental sustainability. To do so, we use natural raw materials, minimize waste, and adopt water and production waste recycling practices.

Our design is minimal and modern. We strip every form from the superfluo and interpret the material with soft, sinuous lines, seeking its most intimate essence. A color palette of delicate and elegant pastel tones best enhances each work and the environment in which it is placed.
