Rinascimento Blue by Sarah Balivo

The "Rinascimento" collection drives its inspiration from Renaissance floorings, a pure chromatic interplay meant to create a three-dimensional volume on a bi-dimensional plane. This collection flaunts powdery colours and antique tones thus creating an overall sinuous shape. The "Rinascimento Blue" rug shows the chromatic combination chosen by Brunelleschi, the deep blue and the grayish sandstone, for the "Ospedale degli Innocenti" historic building, in Florence.
