EDIT Napoli 2024

EDIT Napoli is an innovative design fair created to support promote and celebrate a new generation of designers. The fair will be hosted at the Archivio di Stato di Napoli, a majestic space located in the centre of Naples, where the history of Italy and Europe comes alive. Visit the fair from October 11 to October 13 2024 and discover a unique perspective on independent design.

The editorial and authorial design fair will be welcoming exhibitors, the public and sector operators at the Archivio di Stato di Napoli from October 11th to 13th 2024. The event will revolve around the works of independent designers, as well as creatives and producers, who will be displaying their work in the city of Naples. The EDIT Napoli mission of highlighting sustainable design, territoriality and the quality of the products on display, rather than quantity, remains very much alive, in support of production processes that combine craftsmanship with design.

NAPLES

With products ranging from ceramics to textiles, furnishings, coverings, accessories and lighting, EDIT Napoli supports under-30s exhibitors as well as companies that are less than three years old, who will be displaying their products in a designated area within the cloister at the Seminario.

The protagonist of EDIT Napoli stage is slow design, represented through the careful selection made every year since 2019 by the founders and curators of the event Emilia Petruccelli and Domitilla Dardi. The Archivio di Stato di Napoli will be the main location of the exhibition: this majestic place in the heart Naples historical center is a representation of the medieval, modern and contemporary history of Italy and Europe. In the full spirit of EDIT Napoli, contemporary design will meet the historical architecture through the works of more than 100 exhibitors.

With its characteristic effervescence and cultural pluralism, Naples is with EDIT the active setting for the world of the project, which here attains an unstandardised communitarian and exchange dimension.
