The stoneware vase portrays an evil spirit with storm and lightning powers, resembling Greek Zeus or Roman Jupiter. This giant dwells in the air, rising through whirlpools to the clouds. He wields wooden clogs to create thunder and blacksmith's tongs to control and direct lightning at will.
